ALICE COOPER: LACE AND WHISKEY

Lace and Whiskey, Alice's third solo album, took a new direction, away from the whole Nightmare theme, and introduced a new character in Inspector Maurice Escargot. The only thing "shocking" about this album is how many genre exercises he does. The album isn't a radical departure from past Alice Cooper albums - it just explores the theatrical avenues of his musical pallette more thoroughly.
